We begin Monday 5th of January gathering online each morning at 7:00, ~45min.
This is an invitation to explore presence, breath, and expression through simple voice practices.
A gentle daily ritual to start the day in awareness. you ‘ll learn and experience different exercises that can support you, in freeing your expression, soothing your nervous system, opening new doors for exploration.
