Welcome to the Sound Meditation
We will be gathering Thursday 22th of May in a warm and cosy natural space to bring relaxation and nourishment to our nervous system. A space to simply come back to the present moment through sound, nourishing your body, mind, soul.

Yoav is a Sound-Therapist and Multi instrumentalist that has been bringing his passion for sound and music for many years in Portugal. He believes in the power of sound and resonance as a tool of inner exploration.
